| Our Wishing Wells & Treasure Chests are hand made and finished in a gloss paint or durable stain All wishing wells & treasure chests have an
attractive gift bag placed inside for the collection of your valuables.
The wells & chests are lockable, safe & secure - the key is
hung on a hook under the well hood or on the side of the chest, waiting
to be collected by the person you have nominated to hold the key for
the evening! You can also add your own special touch to the wells
& chests, eg. ornamental butterflies attached to the ivy, decoration
around the bases, sand & sea shells, fresh or artificial flowers
- the choice is yours.
Asking for money is not a new idea, many overseas cultures have been doing it for years. It is only a "new" idea to Australians. It is a practical idea for those who have their household goods and would rather receive monetary gifts for special or larger household items. You may also wish to put the money towards your honeymoon expenses, such as tours, lavish dinners or luxury items. A small separate card accompanies your invitations or a note is added on your invitations to let your guests know a wishing well or a treasure chest will be set up at your reception. When
you make your booking, please ask us or indicate on your booking enquiry
form if you require verses for your invitations. When your deposit
has been paid, which confirms your booking date, a receipt and the
verses will be posted to you. Feel free to edit the verses or combine
them with your own words to create a unique message for your guests.
A sample of one of the thirty verses we have available is shown below. A Sample of A Wedding Wishing Well Verse As we are already established, we would appreciate a monetary gift. |
